In the past month or so I have listened to various radio programs while driving in my car and have heard fiscal conservatives call in and wine about Republicans being against evil social evils.  A Fiscal conservative is a someone who wants really good and prosperous economic policies but could care less about the 4000+ abortions a day, rampant sodomy, or the redefining of marriage in our land.  Two people I heard in particular on the radio said the reason the Republicans won so many seats this past November 2nd is because they stayed away from the social issues and concentrated on jobs.  We need more of that they said.  Let's just concentrate on the important issues like our bank accounts.  

Well how do we know what an important issue is.  Is it what man says or what God says?  Only what God says is important is important.  How important is human life to God.  Well let's see.  "THOU SHALT NOT MURDER" is a good start.  That one is so important that God says if you willingly take a human life unlawfully then you forfeit your own life.  That's right.  YOU get put to death.  The family is extremely important to God.  In Deuteronomy God says if you are found fornicating with a girl then you have to marry that girl.  Just in case she gets pregnant and needs a man to support the family.  God even says if you destroy your family by committing adultery then both of you get put to death.  WOW!  That is politically incorrect today.  But that shows you how important the family is to God.  That's why anti-Christian philosophies such as Marxism do everything to break up the Biblical family.  Also God says in Leviticus 20:13 if a man lie with a man as with a women and found out, then after a trial of two or more witnesses then they are to be executed.  That's what the Bible says.  Understand that no one has the right to do wrong.  The Bible defines liberty as having the power to do what is right in His sight.  

You cannot separate the economy from the moral condition of the land.  The Bible is clear, "Righteousness exalts a nation but sin is a reproach to any people."  In other words, obedience to God's law in family, church and state will prosper a nation; but transgression of God's laws in family, church and state will bring disgrace upon a nation.  To the fiscal conservative I say, "Next time you are concerned more with your bank account rather than social issues, don't come and talk to me about it.  Go and talk to the 50,000,000+ babies that have been slaughtered in your nation because you don't care to do anything about it."  Oh God have mercy on our ignorance.  Grant us knowledge to release from your truth "my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge."  "Arise, O LORD, let not man prevail.  Let the heathen be judged in your sight.  Put them in fear of you, O LORD, that the nations may know themselves to be but men."
