Have you ever thought about how you know if something is right or wrong?  Think about it.  How do you know you are making the right decisions?  What if you are the president?  A Legislator? A judge?  A Lawyer?  A doctor?  A police officer?  If you are a parent how do you know when to discipline your child if you don't know if what they are doing is wrong?  I'm here to say a 50.1% majority does not make something right?  The latest poll, what you feel, or even what you think is right doesn't make something right.  Some people believe that MIGHT makes RIGHT.  That is whoever has the power, makes the laws.  And so that must be right.  Right?  WRONG!

1) Only the God of the Bible distinguishes between right from wrong.
2) Only the God of the Bible defines what criminal behavior is.
3) Only the God of the Bible defines the just punishment fit for criminal behavior.

Remember these three statements when you have a decision to make and you will know the right thing to do.  We must remember as Christians that we are ambassadors for Christ the King.  We come in his authority and Law.  We must bring the Law of God to bear on every area of life.  Whether we are a public school teacher, a police officer, a judge, a pastor, a governor or whatever we must work to build the Kingdom of God.  Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth, as it's done in heaven.
